REFUND POLICY
We make and deliver garments on basis of order made by customer. Once your order is placed, we will not be able to accept returns/ offer exchange due to any reason (except damaged/ defective product), once an order has been delivered as the garments are made to order. Courier charges will be applicable for the same.
In case of damaged/defective arrival of order, we will ensure replacement of the ordered item. Please send us an email detailing out the damage/defect in the product - along with a photo, at Sulochanajangirofficial@gmail.com, within 24 hours of receiving your order. All returns will be subject to our verification. Once your return request is received and verified - we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon authorization of return, we will gladly offer you an exchange/store credit on a case-by-case basis.
In case of alternations, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you (courier charges will be applicable for the same). In case of refund or exchange time period of 6-8 days is adopted to carry out the tasks.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If requests regarding order cancellation are made, in such case we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount after deducting any bank charges if any. In case the order has been processed, no cancellation would be accepted. It is hereby informed to you that after ordering a item from our website, you as User is advised to cancel it within time frame of 2 days after placing order.
